Come join the fun at our live auction every Saturday!

How to Buy
Come a little early with your family and browse the animals for sale. Be sure to go into the office ahead of the sale and get your bidders number. That’s it! Find a seat and pay attention to the auctioneer. Things happen quickly at an auction. If you decide to bid, remember that if there are two chickens in an auction, the price the auctioneer is saying is the price per chicken. If there are 3 sheep in the ring and the auctioneer says this is “choice”, the price is for one of the sheep but if you are the winning bidder, you get to select the sheep you want.
After you “win” the auction, you will be able to go into the office and pay for your animal then pick it up and take it home. Most animals need to leave by 5 pm on auction day. Arrangements can be made for your animal to stay a few days for a small daily fee. We do offer quarantine for any type of animal. The daily fee varies depending on the type of animal.
Good luck and have fun!

*All sales are final. Everything is sold as is, where is.

All sales are final. When you place a bid you are agreeing to that bid. You are agreeing to pay and take your animal/item the same day.

Sold as is, Where is: When you place your bid you are accepting that the animal/item is sold with all existing faults, imperfections, and its current condition without any warranties or representations.

Payment is due by the end of auction day.

How to Sell
Do you have an animal that you would like to sell and want us to do it for you?  The process is easy! We ask that you bring your animal in on the day of the sale early enough that it can be checked in and buyers can preview it before the sale.  For the Poultry Sale, we accept animals from 7 am - 11 am. For all livestock, our check in time is 7 am to 12:30 pm. You CAN put a reserve on your livestock animal, but if it does not sell, there will be a “no sale” charge (this varies depending on the type of animal). We do charge yardage fees. We do charge a commission to sell. The commission varies depending on the type of animal. We can accommodate early drop off as long as arrangements are made. Daily yardage fees will apply to all early drop offs.
Rule: WE DO NOT ACCEPT SICK OR DYING ANIMALS!!

NEW: We are now accepting horses for our Saturday Sale!

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT:

  • Extremely Thin Horses;

  • Horses that cannot bear weight on all 4 feet;

  • Bind horses;

  • Obviously sick horses;

  • Injured or bleeding animals;

  • Weaned foals under 200lbs.
